mistaken dispute

Since I was confused by the payment receiver ‘automattic’ as a hack, I made the mistake to dispute the charge. Later when I found out it’s you, WordPress, I informed Paypal to fix the problem and they cancelled the dispute and fixed the problem so you have received the payment. My domain is actually due on 9/16 and because I arranged the payment to be auto renewal via Paypal, I was told that you charge earlier than 9/16. Right now, my website is still not seen by public, would you please check for me and advise me if there is anything I need to do to activate my domain? Thank you for your attention.

I have sent a couple of email to help center but no response at all.

As a matter of fact,, I am not treated as a member even though the page says so. When the dispute happens, I was removed as a member. So I can not get a Live chat popup and one system treat me as a paid member, the other did not update the dispute cancellation and still treat me as a random non member.

Hi @judytsai3100, it looks like you’re working with our payments team directly on this. Can you follow up with them directly through the email ticket if you need more assistance? Disputed payments do tend to cause some trouble, but the payments team can help you get things sorted.
