Hey there. I am trying to create an account for my handcraft. I seem to have a problem with my account, like, my email already had a account (don’t remember making it) so i wanted to use my professional email, but my user name is already used… there seems to be a mix between my two emails and my account… Can you help me to close any thing i might have made (like cancel the account(s)) with my emails so i could start over?

There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.
The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time.

My problem isn’t solve though… thing is that, i’m trying to have a .com page, and cannot get to it because my email is already set on sthing else, but the name on another account. As i was saying, i mixed some things while registering.
So what i would like to do is just reset the whole thing. Close my account/blog whatever i have registered so i can start it over again… the thing is totally mixed up now and i’m not really great on computer’s stuff… -

As timethief mentioned, WordPress.com accounts cannot share the same email address. What is the URL of the site you are unable to access?

I am able to access my account, but wanted to have another web page name (for my work). I didn’t realized i created an account with my email adress already (and have no idea when does that happened). So i tried to make my page with my professional adress and the name i tried to use was already taken by my other adress. Basically, the infos i got were not corresponding to what i had on my accout…
I hope i could explain myself, sorry if it’s messy, i’m very confused by the whole situationSo, the page i’m trying to set is http://malababoushka.com
but it seems to not work with email. I might have messed up something in my profile configuration to get that stuck. -

It wondering if you may have two accounts. You are using (email visible only to moderators and staff) for the account you are currently logged in to. Have you tried to use another email address?
So, the page i’m trying to set is http://malababoushka.com
I can see you have already created two sites with a similar name in your account:
https://malababoushka.wordpress.com/
https://malababoushkacom.wordpress.com/
You can access and switch between them in My Sites > Switch site.
The domain malababoushka.com is currently available to register. If you would like to use it for one of those sites, you can register it on your Domains page:
https://wordpress.com/domains/add/

Yes, the sites can be deleted using these instructions:
Switch to the site you want to delete in My Sites > Switch Sites and then follow the instructions in the link above.

Thanks for your help!i managed to erase the sites i made by mistake.
The other email i used is (email visible only to moderators and staff)I opened my malababoushka.com site page successfully
