  Good day

  I have tried using Jetpack to assist in making my site mobile friendly however it didn’t work.
  I am using a fully responsive theme and I’m not sure what to do next to resolve this issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I’m very new to all of this.

  You are in the wrong forum as your sites uses the open source wordpress.org. their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. As you use an already fully responsive theme, there is no need to make it ‘more’ responsive using jetpack.
