Mobile is showing desktop version of my site

  Hi, I noticed today that when I open my site on my mobile it is showing the desktop version which is very cumbersome. It used to show the mobile scaled version. I’m not sure how to correct this or if there was a plugin setting that I set. I did not actively seek this out.
  Thinking about my style.css in my theme doesn’t have any modifications for the media type.
