Mobile Menu not working + published page looks different than editing page

There are a few problems happening with our website that I haven’t been able to trouble shoot on my own.
Problem 1: The mobile version of our home page have an advance menu for user to press and then the submenu should appear. However, it isn’t working anymore. This is very concerning considering a lot of our traffic is mobile based.
Problem 2: When editing the ‘Our Team’ page, I tried adding more staff members to the page. However, no matter what I did, what ever edits I made or saved, when it was published it looked unformatted to viewers. The headings changed, Spacing was off, nothing looked as it did on the backend of my work. I decided to separate the staff members and created a separate page called ‘Our Residential Team’. I figured it was a memory/space issue with too many things happening at once, but it still doesn’t look like how I want.
