Mobile Site Issues

  Hi, when I or anyone else try to access this site via mobile, we get the following message when we click on the shop now button on the homepage: Unauthorised. You may remove the customize_messenger_channel param to preview as front end.

  Please could you advise how I can stop this from happening?

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with NameCheap.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
