Mobile site looks basic and awful!

I created my website on a laptop and the url opens my creation up nicely, however when I try the url on my smartphone it directs to this very basic looking blog page.
My website is an online store and most of my customers will be using mobile devices, and it is hard to tell what the website is on mobile.
I can open the site properly via the ‘view full site’ link at the bottom of this basic looking page however most new visitors will have left before searching for this link.
You can see how problematic this is for me! Any assistance on the issue would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like you’re using the Mobile Theme option from Jetpack. To disable it follow these instructions:
