Mobile version of webpage doesn’t match theme

Good morning, I recently switched themes for my site and for some reason when I look at it on mobile the theme didn’t carry over. When I am in the admin page and on the “customize themes” section, the mobile preview looks correct. What am I missing? I also selected the background image to float when scrolling but that’s not happening. Thanks for your help! Ryan Stevens (email visible only to moderators and staff)
