  Hi, I’m having this same problem with my site. I am using the Astra WordPress theme. But it is not adapting to the size of my phone screen.
  Also, the fixed background that I’m using on my desktop site is not working on my mobile site.
  Do I need to use a different theme or is there something else I can try?
