Mobile View Desktop V.S. Actual Mobile View

    Hey everyone! Fairly new here, and I’m helping manage a friend’s WordPress site.

    On my desktop computer, the mobile site displays the new header image I’ve uploaded correctly. Yet, on a physical mobile phone (in both FireFox, Safari & Chrome browsers) it still has the old image before I updated it.

    Can someone tell me what’s happening here? I’ve dug all over the dashboard trying to find a way to update the mobile page or an additional customize theme tool.
