mobile website version fails

    Hi,

    According to page speed insights our website, https://bins4less.com, works on desktop. On mobile, any pages that I tried – failed.

    Some recommendations were followed but not much change.

    What are the options to improve this site’s performance on mobile?

    Hey there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It means we can’t help with this issue.

    My advice would be to contact the theme developers, as they would be working on the design and functionality of the site.

    I found this:

    This site was set up by Daniel Dukes of Surefaze Design using Advanced Custom Fields, Avada, and WordPress.

    are these the theme developers?

    Hi @vgracheva , got it. In this case, where it could be an issue with ACF or your theme, or something else, it would be best to reach out to the person who developed your site for you for support, or you could choose to reach out to Avada support, or you could search the web for the errors you get to see if others have found and shared the solution.

    Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.

    You’ll want to create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site. Or, you’d be welcome to host here; your plan would get direct support.
