Modification of the role "Redakteur"

    Dear friends,

    I run a WordPress blog with contributors who should be able to write posts, but should not publish them on their own. These persons are not allowed to upload pictures in their articles. A post without a picture is, as you know, not really exciting. Unfortunately there is no role between “Mitarbeiter” and “Redakteur”.

    So my (amongst other bloggers I know) feature request is a have the “Redakteur” role modified in the way that the possibility to publish can be deactivated. So the blog contributors may write their articles, but the blog owner keeps the control what is published.

    There is no way to modify roles, but they could host the images elsewhere (like Flickr) and include them via HTML.
