modify footer

  I just signed up for WordPress.com Premium including Domain Mapping.
  I do not seem to be able to remove the advertising in the footer stating “BLOG AT WORDPRESS.COM”. I am using the theme “radcliffe”.

  Can you please let me know how I can remove or modify the footer to remove this advertising?

  The footer credit is required to be displayed according to our terms of service:
  http://en.wordpress.com/tos/

  Note that even sites hosted through our VIP program, such as the TED blog, display a credit to WordPress.com in the footer.
  (See the bottom of http://blog.ted.com/ for an example)
