Modify SSL certificate

Hello,
I am currently trying to update the SSL certificate on a website. I tried to follow every tutorial I found but nothing match my requirements.
My goal is to use a SSL certificate for a *.azerty.com, there seems to be already one installed for *.abcedf.com which was the previous domain name.
I installed ‘really simple ssl’ thinking that there would be an interface to change the certificate, but no. I even went on the website source code through FTP but I can’t find any location for the certificate. Could you please provide me some indications to help me change my certificate ?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
