  Dear All,
  I paid for a premium site on January the 28th but I made a mistake on the domain name . I wrote mistercharle.com instead of mistercharlz.com so I changed it with the help of a WordPress assistant team member and he confirmed that he changed the site domain in mistercharlz.com but till date, I do not have access to the site. I do not know what to do. Suggest the next steps.
  Please help me.

  Hi there,

  I see that account, but it isn’t under the account you are contacting us from mistercharlescom, but rather mrcharlescom. You must’ve inadvertently created two WordPress.com accounts. Try to log into the mrcharlescom account and let us know if you have any trouble.

  Hi,
  When I try mrcharles.com, it takes me to GODADDY PAGE
  so what should I do next?

  The domain you purchased was mistercharlz.com

  mrcharles.com is not an available domain name, someone else currently owns it, so you will not be able to use that as a domain name.

  Dear All,
  the domain name is actually mistercharlz.com but when I go on the site it displays this page cannot be found. So please advise the next step because I paid for a premium account on January the 29th.

  You’re seeing a page not found error on the front page of mistercharlz.com, because the page set as front page on that site is not published – it’s set as draft.

  To fix this, first log into your other account, mrcharlescom, that owns that site. Then go to My Site ->Site ->Pages, and publish that page.

  It’s not really clear what you want to do here.

  You’re posting here as the WordPress.com username,mistercharlescom. This account owns one site with us, https://mistercharlzcom.wordpress.com/, and has never bought any domains from us.

  The domain, mistercharlz.com is registered with us, but belongs to another account with the username, mrcharlescom. You need to log out of mistercharlescom and log back in as mrcharlescom to have access to that domain.

  The domain, mrcharles.com, is not registered with us, and has never been registered with us. That domain is registered with GoDaddy.com, and has been registered with them since 2004. That is not your domain. That is someone else’s domain, and has been for many years.

  Your domain is mistercharlz.com and you need to be logged in as the WordPress.com user, mrcharlescom to access that domain.
