I want to know about how monetising the site works. More specifically, if I take the premium plan, how much a person earns approximately in a month through the ads on their site if they have around 500 views or 700 or say 1000 views.

It’s impossible to predict how much you’ll earn for any number of views, as ad earnings depend on a variety of factors, including where in the world those views are coming from, whether or not those visitors allow ad tracking in their browsers, what advertisers are bidding on ad space at any given time, and the overall state of the online ad market in general (which hasn’t been very good the past few months – COVID-19 has hit the online ad industry as much as any other).
I can tell you that with around 1000 views a month you won’t earn very much at all. You need at least several thousand views a month to make any meaningful income from online advertising, and that’s with any online advertising, not just WordAds on WordPress.com.
