Hello,
I payed last week 80€ for the Premium Version but I cancelled it.
I received an e-mail telling me that you will return me the money in 7 days, but I didn’t receive the money back.
Could you please tell me what happens?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refundsNote: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
To disable autorenew, provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.

Thanks, I have the cancelation e-mail but when I enter to the site they told me that there are a problem and that I have to contact with support. I send an e-mail to: help@wordpress.com about it.
I hope that they will answer me.

If you sent an email they will answer it. Posting here is not helpful because the datestamp and timestamp on the email your sent are earlier than the date and time on this thread are and Staff deal with tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps.

It looks like your refund is currently processing. Let us know if you don’t see it in the next few days. Like timethief mentioned, refunds can take up to two weeks to fully process, although they usually happen more quickly.
