  Hello,

  I got this mail at the 19. April:

  ‘The following upgrade has been cancelled and 2.028,00 Dkr refunded:

  WordPress.com Business til https://oesterbromusikskoledk.wordpress.com
  It may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

  If you have any questions, or don’t receive the refund, please contact support’

  But I can not find it on our ban account?

  Hi @osterbromusikskole, I can see on our end that the refund was processed weeks ago, but we’ll check on this for you. Can you contact the bank as well to see if there’s been a routing issue?
