  this particular site was created and publish with wordpress but later on i had to change my host. An agent contacted me and promise to pay back the hosting fee in 48hrs of which uptill now i have not received it yet. I just want to find out what is the cause that the money has not reach my account yet? Thanks waiting for your quick response

  I can see we issued the refund on September 5. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
