Money Deducted

  I wanted to subscribe for the Pro Plan but it told me’the card is declined.Please try again with another card.’ But the money was deducted 4 times from my account.Please look into this.

  Hi there,

  Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.

  As for the charges you’re referring to, no money has been deducted as your card was declined before our system could proceed with the payment.

  Hi.I called the bank services.They told that the card is active for all payments and the amount has already been processed to the Merchant(WordPress)
