  Hey! I have been charged two times for my domain name? The money has been drawn from my account so it is a fact not a glitch. How do i get the money back?? Fr M

  I’m not seeing any purchased upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. What was the domain you registered?

  Can you double check with your bank? On our end, I’m seeing one actual charge and one authorization without a charge.

  The money has been drawn from my account. I have reported this to the bank and the police.

  Thank you for your patience @hiddentezla, we’re double checking with our payments team now. Did your bank respond yet?

  We will often see an “authorized” charge before the real charge goes through, and that can look like a double payment even though it is not.
