  Purchased an upgrade, on march 20,
  didn’t work out for us, had to cancel the upgrade. WordPress policy says
  It may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account. It’s been now 9 days, since the purchase. Thanks

  Hi there,

  I see the refund took place on 3/21 and it takes 7-10 business days to receive the refund. So, it will be a few more days before the refund is posted to your account. Let me know later this week if you still do not see the money posted.

  Hi there,

  Can you please contact your bank and follow up with them? The refund was processed on our end on 21 March, and the funds immediately leaves our account when we do that. But different banks have different processing times before the refund will show in your account, and if you are at a non-US bank it can sometimes take longer.

  You can give your bank the transaction ID from our payment processor appearing in the refund receipt as a reference:
