Money taken from my account

    I have had £99 taken out of my account from WordPress, I don’t use this, please can you cancel any subscription? And explain the money out of my account? Can I get a refund?

    There are no paid upgrades on the account you are reaching from, so I can’t really give you more details.

    Do you know the address of the site that the purchase was made for?

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    If the charge came from WordPress.com, you’d be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this. To track down the transaction, we’ll need to get some additional information from you, which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

    I have no other account, would there be any reason to be charged £99? I have sent you the reference for this transaction in a separate email, can you please send the the link where I need to contact you with further details, as I cannot afford this transaction.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
