  Hi There,

  We have been receiving monthly invoices from you for the past year of around $80 per month. However, all the accounts we have do not seem to have any monthly billing/payments set up and I’m hoping you might be able to help me locate where this payment is coming from.
  The account will be under an @verbbrands.com email handle.
  The information we have from the last payment is below:

  I am unable to see any purchases on this end. However, this forum is for WordPress.com-hosted sites and your store is not hosted on WordPress.com.

  Since it appears you have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site, you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

  https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

  But, if you have trouble reaching out to the WooCommerce team via that contact form, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:

  https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
