  My credit card was charged twice today for my website. Why?

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Hi, the site you listed isn’t hosted here. Were you charged by your host? If so can you reach out them?

  If we made the charges, you’ll see “wpchrg.com” on the statement. Go to that secure site (it will redirect to a site here at WordPress.com) and you’ll be able to locate the reason for the charge(s) and then contact billing if needed.
