  Where can I find the demo XML file for the Morden theme?

  Hi there!

  We don’t provide demo content for the free themes in an XML file. However, if you activate the theme from the WordPress.com theme gallery on a WordPress.com site, you will have the option to populate the homepage with the demo content. Learn more about that here: https://wordpress.com/support/changing-themes/#if-you-choose-a-recommended-theme

  If you need this for a site using the WordPress.org software hosted elsewhere, you can first use a free WordPress.com site to activate the theme with the demo content and then export the content from that site. You can then use that file to import the content into your WordPress.org site.
