MORE CATEGORIES AT THE TOP OTHER THAN ABOUT , HOME….

    I have the TWENTY TEN Theme. When I make a post, it goes right on top of the one that I previously posted. I would like to change this i.e. On other people’s site I notice they have more categories at the top i.e. home, about, author help, contact info etc. so if you click on it, the info comes up. How would I do this to my site. All I have his Home at the top. I would like to separate the posts I make so its not just bunched together i.e I want posts about a certain subject to be under one category etc….Thank you for your help in advance.
