More information on the layout for people subscribed to me?

  When I post something, the photo doesn’t show up to people who are subscribed to me by email. It just says ‘photo’ in the email. Also, it seems to be aligned differently compared to others that I follow. Any way you can help me with this?

  Is the photo directly uploaded in the blog or is it hotlinked from elsewhere, like Flickr?
