Mosaic tiled gallery error

Hi there,
I have an issue with one of my mosaic tiled galleries. I am trying to add another photo to it but I keep getting the following error. I have uploaded a smaller version of the photo, as I thought this might be the issue, but no luck.
All the other galleries on my website are working fine.

Hi there,
I wanted to see if we could isolate the issue here since all other galleries did not have this issue – have you tried uploading any other photo to see if you receive the same error?
I wanted to see if there may be something with this particular photo that is causing the issue, even when you downsized it. Also, if the image that you are trying to add is in your media library, please provide the URL of that photo as well, and we’d be happy to take a look.

I have just tried to add a different photo to the gallery – which I successfully added to a different gallery – and it didn’t work, I got the same error message.
I wonder if it is because this particular gallery has quite a few pictures compared to the other ones?The file URL for the picture I am trying to add to the gallery is:

I have tried all of them but am still getting the same error message.
Very strange.I will try to delete and recreate the gallery.

I have managed to sort it out by deleting the whole page and creating a new one.
Just deleting the gallery did not work.

Glad to see that you were able to get things resolved! That was the next recommendation I was going to provide but was hoping that we wouldn’t have to resort to that. Hopefully, the issue was a fluke, but please let us know if the error pops up again for you and we’d be happy to investigate further.
