Move blog and domain name to a new owner

  I want to transfer my blog to a new owner.

  We need to update the billing information for our blog, climatesolutionsme.org.

  Karen is already an administrator for this blog. We want her to be the owner, not me.

  How do we transfer ownership?

  We already know how to add administrators. What we want to do is transfer ownership so that my billing information is no longer associated with this domain or this blog. We do not want to have me continue to be the owner and update the billing information. We want Karen to be the owner so she can update the billing information herself and my name is no longer listed as the owner of the blog.
