Move blog subscribers from wordpress.com to self hosted site

  Hi there,

  I have moved my free wordpress.com site to a self hosted wordpress.org site. I need my blog subscribers to me moved across to the new self hosted site.

  I have already installed the Jetpack plugin.

  My wordpress.com site is:
  http://myloveaffairwithcapetown.wordpress.com

  My new site is:
  http://www.loveaffaircapetown.com (ip: 197.242.144.29)

  I currently have 374 blog subscribers on the wordpress.com site – of which 201 are WordPress.com followers and 173 are email only. All of these can be moved over right?

  Could you please give me an indication of how long the transfer process will take?

  Hi there,
  Staff can do this for you. I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Could you please give me an indication of how long the transfer process will take?

  It will take as long as it takes Staff to answer all the threads tagged for their attention that were tagged prior to this one being tagged.

  Hi there, I transferred your followers to your new blog at loveaffaircapetown.com, as requested. Both your WordPress.com and your email followers were transferred.

  Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
