move domain to another registrar

  I would like to transfer my domain name to another registrar. I have been thru your support docs 10x and still can’t figure it out. It’s obviously intentionally made difficult. Can you please assist?

  This guide explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar.

  Once I go to the “store” and then “domains” there is no choice to “administer my domains” – no next step is offered

  Go to https://cadenblogger.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
  and click on the (“What would you like to do”) dropdown menu at the bottom of that page. Select ‘Transfer ownership to another registrar’ from the list.
