Move existing subscribers to new site

  Hello, this is my old wordpress blog and I’d like to move my subscribers to my new blog, amieholt.com, which is self hosted but works via wordpress. Is there any way I can do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  To move your followers you will need to install the Jetpack plugin on your new site, and connect it to your WordPress.com account:

  Once you’ve done that you can use the instructions at the following link to move the subscribers over to the self-hosted site:
