Move my subscribers from lorrainetyne.wordpress.com to blog.lorrainetyne.com?

  Hi,

  I have been running my blog on lorrainetyne.wordpress.com but now I just moved the blog to blog.lorrainetyne.com.

  I would like to move my subscribers to my new domain name. I have installed Jetpack on the new domain name but there seems to be no way of moving my subscribers using Jetpack.

  I would really appreciate if I could get some help with this as soon as possible.

  Thanks a lot for your help!

  I still have an issue related to this. On my former blog hosted with WordPress.org, I used the “publisize” option when publishing my posts and this allowed me to reach my twitter fans directly (about 1,545 fans). These fans make up over 90% of my fanbase and it would be sad to lose them.

  Is there any way I can transfer these twitter fans to my new hosted blog? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  Publicize is not yet available for WordPress.org blogs, but for something similar, try http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-twitter-connect/ for Twitter and http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/facebook/ for Facebook.
