Move of Domain from .org to .com

  I have a self-hosted website running under the domain http://sofriendlywebdesign.com/. It is under the wordpress account http://sofriendlywebdesigndotcom.wordpress.com. I would like to move the domain to the account http://sofriendlywebdesign.wordpress.com which is a .com account instead please. Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sure! Here’s how you can transfer an upgrade:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#transferring-upgrades

  You’ll want to transfer the domain upgrade from sofriendlywebdesigndotcom.wordpress.com.

  Hi, thanks for the info. The issue is that I have the two sites under different user accounts, and although I am an administrator on both sites, I cannot transfer from one to the other. Is there any other way?

  Both sofriendlywebdesign.wordpress.com and sofriendlywebdesigndotcom.wordpress.com are on the same account, jenosbornwp.

  You said you’re trying to transfer the domain from sofriendlywebdesigndotcom.wordpress.com to sofriendlywebdesign.wordpress.com. If this is correct, the directions I gave you will work.

  Thanks for your help and I may just be missing something but I do not get the option to transfer to another account when I log in with jenosbornwp on the my upgrades page. The upgrade was originally bought with a different user. Is this the problem?

  Sorry I didn’t notice that. Yes, you’re only able to transfer upgrades from the account that originally purchased them. If you log into your other account, you should be able to transfer the domain over.

  Also, if you’d like the upgrade to be transferred to jenosbornwp, just comment in here from your other account and I can transfer it over.

  Sorry to be a pain, I have now got the option to transfer the upgrade which is brilliant. But as soon as I click to transfer, select the other website to move it to then click transfer, it just loads a blank page and doesn’t appear to have done anything. I have tried using internet explorer and chrome in case it was a browser issue.
