Move our blog to SiteGround host

  We’re trying to move our blog to SiteGround host to use wordpress.org instead of wordpress.com (preserving the domain brandituptravel.com), but the transfer is pending because SiteGround does not receive the authorization by your side. Is there something we have to do by our side that we haven’t done yet? Please let us know how we can speed up the procedure. Thank you and best regards
