move site and domain

  Hi,

  I use a different system for this webpage now and I want to move the domain to the new provider. The automatic subscription renewal has just taken place in November. Is it possible to cancel the subscription, because I will not use it anymore? I’ve also started the domain transfer process at the provider who will host the new site. What do I have to do on your side for that process?

  Of what site are you speaking, please? The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com.

  If you’re speaking of the site at symposionnetwork.com, that site belongs to the username, christiankoglersymposion. Only that account can transfer the domain or request a refund on the recent plan renewal.

  Please log in as that account and comment here or contact live chat support so we can help you with that. Please note that the domain portion of the plan is not refundable, though – the renewal has already been processed, and it will transfer to your new provider with the current expiry date, so you won’t lose any time you’ve already paid for on the domain.
