move site to wordpress.com

    Hi,
    I would like to move urbantechprogram.io wordpress.org site to wordpress.com Business plan, to have a secure and up to date site with minimum maintaincence needed.

    I’m currently looking at this page: https://wordpress.com/start/business/domains/use-your-domain
    First of all, I’m afraid that this means that I’m only moving the domain, and not the whole site. I want to make sure that wordpress.com will host the site.
    Second, I’m not sure if I should be transferring the domain or map the domain?

    Could you provide me information about what’s the best way to migrate my site to WordPress.com to secure the site and have automated updates.
