Move Subscribers

  I have moved my blog from WP.com (therosewoodblog.wordpress.com) to self-hosted. Can I get my current subscribers along with it. The new url is http://www.rosewode.com. I have Jetpack installed too.

  Hi Ali,

  I moved over all your WordPress.com subscribers to http://www.rosewode.com as requested. Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.
