  Hello! I would like to move my subscribers from a wordpress.com site to a self-hosted site.

  from
  kristieenriquez.wordpress.com
  move subscribers to
  http://www.kristieboni.com

  I was also informed that I have to disable some plugins and I also reverted my theme back to wordpress 2014 theme so that problems could be avoided.

  please let me know once you have moved my subscribers.

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

  The account that you are posting from is not the owner of kristieenriquez.wordpress.com. In order for subscribers to be migrated, you need to connect jetpack to the same account that owns the originating WordPress.com account.
