Move subscribers

  I have moved my blog from http://www.sundmums.wordpress.com to http://www.sundmums.bloggersdelight.dk where I have my own domain added http://www.sundmums.dk – this is still a wordpress-run site, but can you help move the wordpress-subscribers?
