move subscribers
-
I have migrated my site v21collective.org to v21collectivedotorg.wordpress.com (mapped on to domain v21collective.org) and am using jetpack; my subscribers and email followers have not been migrated. I tried to follow the instructions via jetpack but the option to migrate does not appear in the settings menu of dashboard. Jetpack has not responded to requests. I also made this request privately of wordpress and have not yet received response there either.

Hi there,
Sorry for the trouble! Our Jetpack support is a bit backed up right now, so I can help you with that here.
I checked your new Jetpack-linked site at http://v21collective.org/ and I noticed that we don’t have the correct address for the site in our system. (It’s still listed with a temporary address ending with /~annakorn/v21collective.org.) That needs to be fixed before migrating your followers, to make sure they end up in the right place.
To fix it, can you please go to the Jetpack section in your new site, disconnect it from WordPress.com (at the bottom of the Jetpack page), and then reconnect it to WordPress.com? That will update the site’s address so it’s listed correctly as v21collective.org.
Once that’s done, you can go to the General Settings page for your Jetpack site and use the “migrate followers” link to finish the migration. (If you have any trouble at that point, please let me know and I can help you with the migration process!)
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
