Move subscribers for me

  Hi, I moved my blog to a self hosted WordPress.ORG and now need you guys to move my WordPress.COM subscribers overs there for me.

  The new blog uses the same custom domain as the old one did (videogeek.com.br). The old is still located at dslrbrasil.wordpress.com. Can you move the subscribers for me?
