  Hi! I’d like to move my wordpress.com followers to wordpress.org self-hosted site.

  WP.com site is swlabrmakeup.wordpress.com
  WP.org site is swlabrmakeup.com

  I’ve already installed Jetpack. Is it possible to do this for me? Thank you in advance :)
