Move WP site to new blog under same account

I have a site whose name I want to change, but also keep. In other words, I have BlogName#1, with BlogSite#1 on it right now. I want to move BlogSite#1 to BlogName#2, then make a new blog under BlogName#1. Everything I find about transferring seems to only apply to moving sites to another user, or to paid WordPress accounts. How can I move BlogSite#1 to the new domain BlogName#2 without deleting BlogName#1?

To do what you want, you need to export and import the content to the new blog and then empty the original site to start over.
