  I’m being very patient and I appreciate any help.

  There is nothing in “purchases” and I can see “talkingbiotechpdocast.com” in the corner. It seems like this domain is in limbo and I cannot do anything to access it, pay for it, etc. I wonder if it was malicious. This is so sad.

  I’m glad to send screen shots.
