Moved Website to new hosting provider and no longer using WordPress – how do I cancel everything??

    How can I ensure that my wordpress account, along with all the plugin accounts used by our website, are cancelled? We have moved our website to a different hosting company and no longer use wordpress but we keep getting email alerts for updates, etc., and I need to cancel all of this and stop any and all billing!!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    @webmasterlocksmith, I don’t see any sites associated with your account. I do see you closed your account.

    If you still need help, what are the emails saying exactly? And what address are they being sent to? If you’ll type the address here it will be hidden from everyone but staff.

    Also, the link you gave is down right now so I can’t check for sure, but it’s entirely possible you’re still running WordPress at your new host … just a copy of the free software that you will maintain. And it’s possible you’re using a monitor there. We’ll know more when you let us know what those emails are saying. Thanks!
