moving and resizing media on a page

  I am using Twenty Ten theme. And have a new problem. I can’t resize, move or even touch photos. the cursor brings me to the bottom of the page if I try.

  @tmfboucher2014 that is odd. Can you send more information? Which browser are you using when this happens, or does it happen in all browser? And would you send a screenshot of what you see? This article explains how:
