You propose possibility of moving blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. It takes 129 $. I have not found some issues.
My blog is 6 month valid time. I would like to have more features that I do not have now
I also have some questions:
1. Is it possible to save SEO structure (tags,serching words,key words, comments to my articles) for new wordpress .org or I need to promote my blog from the beginnig?I have now hundreds of visitors from google.com. I’m afraid of zero traffic after moving. If I start using blog on .org , can I have loose traffic from google?

You can also move your site yourself for free. You’ll need to set up your new installation of WordPress with your new host, then you can follow these instructions to move your content:

You can modify WordPress.org however you want. There are no restrictions since you’re running the host yourself. You can install any plugins from the WordPress.org community.
As long as you point your domain to your new host, you shouldn’t see a decrease in traffic. You can also migrate your followers following this guide once you’re connected to Jetpack:
