Moving Blog Meta Descriptions from WP.com to WP.org

  I am looking for a tool to move a large quantity of blog posts from a blog currently hosted on WordPress.com to a website with a built-in blog tool that is built on the WordPress.org CMS. While I have read approximately 1000 tutorials about the export feature and a ton of information about the guided transfer, I haven’t found anything about a tool that will transfer all of the SEO for each post (SEO title, mete descriptions, etc.).

  Does anyone know of anything that could help?

  Nothing will. There is no tool that will do that. You are not only changing blog hosts, you are changing domain names too. Nothing transfers all the SEO under those conditions. Nothing whatsoever. The only thing that will help is, after the content is up at the new site, buying a redirect upgrade on the old one. The new URL still starts at zero googlejuice, zero pagerank.
